LadiPageAI provides a comprehensive Marketing & Sales solution suited to businesses of every size and industry — from Education and E-commerce to professional Services.

All products are owned and operated by LadiPageAI Technology JSC.

1. You must be at least 18 years old to use LadiPageAI services and products.
2. To access and use the Services, you must register a LadiPageAI account (the "Account") by providing your full name, phone number, and a valid email address. This entitles you to our full customer support policy.
3. The person who registers for the Services is considered the Account owner and is bound by all Terms of Service.
4. You are responsible for keeping your password secure. LadiPageAI cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to safeguard your password. Reselling, transferring, or assigning accounts in any form is strictly prohibited. LadiPageAI is only responsible for accounts registered, paid for, and activated through our system.
5. You acknowledge that LadiPageAI will use your email as a primary means of communication.
6. LadiPageAI products are not an e-commerce marketplace. Any transactions carried out through the platform are considered direct transactions between you and your buyers.
7. You are legally responsible for all data, content, images, reports, and links you upload to your LadiPageAI account. You may not upload any viruses or code that could harm others or our systems.
8. Free domains may not be used for marketing, advertising, or sales.
9. Unlimited plans from LadiPageAI are intended solely for the personal or company products and services of the account holder. Sharing accounts in any form is not permitted. Image storage is unlimited within fair use; bandwidth is unlimited so long as your costs do not exceed what LadiPageAI pays third-party CDN providers. Contact support for large-scale or reseller arrangements.
10. We reserve the right to unilaterally terminate your Account and all products created within it if any breach of the Terms of Service is discovered.
11. You must comply with applicable local laws and publishing regulations in your jurisdiction. Prohibited content includes — but is not limited to — material that promotes violence, hate, fraud, illegal activity, infringes intellectual property, or violates personal privacy. You bear full legal responsibility for any violation.

1. We may modify or discontinue the Services for any reason at any time, without prior notice.
2. We may refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
3. We may remove content or any Account containing unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, threatening, pornographic, or intellectual-property-infringing material.
4. We may remove any Account engaging in abusive or threatening behavior — verbal or written — toward LadiPageAI customers, employees, or the company.
5. We do not pre-screen the content you publish through your Account; you are fully responsible for such content.
6. We may provide Services to your competitors and make no exclusivity commitment for any market segment. LadiPageAI employees and partners may also become customers and competitors, but they are not permitted to access your data.
7. In the event of an account ownership dispute, we may request identification documents (business registration, government ID, etc.) to verify ownership.
8. LadiPageAI has the right to determine lawful ownership of an account and may transfer it to the rightful owner. If we cannot determine ownership, we may freeze the account until the dispute is resolved.
9. LadiPageAI may amend these Terms of Use at any time by publishing the updated version on our website. Continued use of the Services after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any change, please stop using the Services.

1. In no event shall LadiPageAI or our service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages — including loss of profit, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of the Services.
2. In no event shall LadiPageAI or our service providers be liable for lost profits or other damages arising from your use of the Services. You agree that LadiPageAI employees, partners, and their relatives shall not be liable for such damages.
3. Our products and services are provided as-is, without any statutory warranty.
4. LadiPageAI does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
5. LadiPageAI does not warrant that results obtained from the Services will be accurate or reliable.
6. LadiPageAI does not guarantee the quality of any product, service, information, or item you purchase or obtain through the Services. We will resolve issues to the best of our ability where possible.
7. If your Landing Page or Checkout page is subject to a Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attack, LadiPageAI will assist with mitigation. Your pages may be temporarily suspended to protect the integrity of our systems.

1. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you upload to LadiPageAI. All content and data you upload remains yours, and you are legally responsible for it.
2. By uploading content to Landing Pages, Checkout pages, SMS, Email, or in-account notifications, you grant permission for (a) network users to view that content; (b) LadiPageAI to display and store the data; (c) LadiPageAI staff to view what you upload.
3. We will not disclose your information to third parties except where required by lawful order. Confidential information excludes data that (a) was already public when received; (b) becomes public through no fault of ours; (c) we receive from more than one source; or (d) we are legally required to disclose.
4. For digital copyright disputes, you must comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable copyright law in your jurisdiction.
5. For violations involving copyright infringement, impersonation, fraud, or illegal activity, LadiPageAI may take down pages or suspend accounts upon request from authorities or upon a valid complaint from a rights holder.
6. LadiPageAI Marketplace is a community connecting Creators, Agencies, and customers. Agreements are negotiated outside the LadiPageAI platform, and we disclaim responsibility for the content, copyright, or quality of services offered through the Marketplace.

1. LadiPageAI acts as an intermediary connecting you with third-party tools we integrate with — including but not limited to payment gateways, SMS providers, and Email providers. You understand and agree that LadiPageAI provides access without any warranty or representation on behalf of those partners, and we are not liable for the third-party services.
2. Any actions you take with third-party tools are your sole responsibility and are governed by your agreement with that partner.

1. Prepaid balance ("API Credit") is the amount you pay in advance to LadiPageAI to draw down against services in the LadiPageAI ecosystem.
2. Credit has no expiry date and can only be used to pay for services in the LadiPageAI ecosystem.
3. Credit cannot be sold, traded, lent, or transferred. Credit has no intrinsic value, cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash, and serves only as a means of payment for LadiPageAI services. Credit deposited to an account is available only to that account.
4. Credit is only valid within the prescribed time period.
5. Credit will be invalidated and lose all value in the event of fraud, misuse, or violation of any of these Terms of Use.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original transaction date. No questions asked.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@ladipage.ai with your order details. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Conditions

1. Refunds are available for the current billing period only. Renewals that have been active for more than 14 days are not eligible for a refund.
2. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method.

Subscription cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

LadiPageAI is committed to information security and safety when you use bank API integration services via our partners. The following terms apply:

1. Transaction privacy: LadiPageAI does not store any of your bank balance fluctuations. After receiving transaction notifications from the bank and updating order status, all transaction information is immediately removed from our systems.
2. Login privacy: LadiPageAI does not store any banking login credentials.
3. Access scope: LadiPageAI's bank API integration is limited to receiving balance-change notifications. The system has no access to your bank account, ensuring no risk to your account when using this service.
